A pair of earrings can take anywhere from 12-50 hours to complete depending on size, complexity of design, and number of colors involved

Every piece is hand-crafted and one of a kind

Small batch fine art - limitedly produced per year

Semi-Custom: Using a previously designed pattern by WOVNWING with different color variations, these are available upon consultation

Semi-Custom Designs are owned by WOVNWING and can be both reproduced and redesigned in different color variations

Fully-Custom Designs: When a custom pattern is newly designed with unique colors, these are not intended for reproduction (this requires consultation before agreement)

Timelines for custom work vary, a project can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks depending on availability/waitlist, or complexity of project

You may request specific style of ear hooks (hinged or open/gold or silver)

All Custom work requires a deposit to begin the project, which is 50% of the finalized cost

After the deposit is sent, all sales are final

Refrain from getting them excessively wet, as they will last much longer

Keep them in a humid-free environment out of direct sunlight for safe keeping when not in use

Refrain from rubbing oils on them or scents which will cause the glass bead finishes to fade

Pack them separately when traveling to protect them (hard shell box preferred), your earrings will also come with a handmade pouch

If the beadwork has fringe, hanging them keeps the fringe from twisting

Take care while using purses/bags, to avoid fringe getting caught or pulled on

You can reshape as needed by laying the item on a flat surface and lightly pressing (avoid this on the fringe)

All items come beautifully wrapped with a handmade leather carrier for the protection and care of your beadwork

If you would like to cancel your order please ensure to do so before shipping as returns are not accepted

Shipping is Generally Not Included - your weavings will be shipped with USPS ground + insurance

Shipping will be included for Custom Orders Only - unless the parcel needs to be shipped in an expedited time frame, or shipped outside of the USA

Custom Orders have a different payment process which will be shared upon consultation

If you’ve accidentally damaged you’re piece, repair may be possible at a cost of labor/materials

If your piece has a manufacturing issue, it will be repaired free of charge - it is our hope they may last a lifetime with proper care and be passed down to your future generations
